ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Has a thorough understanding of the software development life cycles and best practices.
- Interacts with managers and clients to gather requirements, review designs, demo prototypes, and address issues in a timely manner.
- Designs and develops enterprise level systems utilizing multiple frameworks, languages, and database platforms.
- Provides solutions to new projects in addition to supporting current applications.
- Defines and documents designs and functionality through systems analysis, use cases, business process flows, ER diagraming and data modeling.
- Provides a high level of quality through all levels of testing, documentation, and business analysis.
- Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Develops and maintains test environments, documentation, and plans.

- Understanding of troubleshooting techniques in distributed systems.
- Knowledge of test automation/TDD.

BENEFITS
The wage for this position is based on market forces and the experience of the candidate.
This position includes ample opportunity for wage growth based on the successful candidate’s ability to achieve specific goals. The achievement of these goals will be determined by mutual agreement with management that the candidate can work independently, complete projects as assigned, and achieve established goals.
Successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to have medical insurance for themselves under the Company’s group health insurance program. The Company will provide for a portion of the monthly premium for candidate’s share of coverage. Voluntary dental plans are also available.
In addition, the successful candidate will be provided with $20,000 of term life insurance coverage under the Company’s group life insurance program. The Company will provide for complete premium coverage for the successful candidate.

The wage for this entry level position is based on experience and is reviewable after 90-days.
SUMMARY
Drives truck or automobile over established route to collect mail, mailing material, parcels and documents related to mailing and shipping by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains working knowledge of established route time schedule.
Performs on-call service and special pick-ups, as appropriate.
Presents neat, clean, courteous and professional image to all customers while properly wearing Company-issued uniform.
Verifies that customer account number is clearly visible on all mail and parcel containers.
Provides route customers with a supply of all necessary shipping and mailing documentation.
Verifies customer provided placards are in each tray of mail.
Loads and unloads mail and parcels in safe and efficient manner.
Obeys all penal and traffic laws.
Properly loads and unloads vehicle in accordance with Company training.
Wears seat belt whenever vehicle is in motion.
Drives in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
Maintains clean and safe interior of assigned route vehicle.
Reports all damage and items in need of repair both in writing and verbally.
Directs mail and parcels to proper locations when returning to office.
Returns material, as appropriate, to customers as directed.
Performs delivery or assists in delivery of mail to Postal Service facility in accordance with State traffic and penal laws, and Postal Service Regulations.
Reports all traffic and penal law violations (both Company and private time) immediately.
Maintains working knowledge of all mail classification and preparation procedures.
Completes all daily, weekly and monthly forms and reports and provides completed reports.

Job Summary

Maintains accurate information in Company Quoting and Billing software system.
Maintains accurate information in Company customer portals.
Maintains a basic understanding of relevant USPS mailing and carrier requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
